My name is Lindsay Hyzer, I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Exercise Science. I have been a personal trainer in the phoenix area for over 10 years. I have a solid background in physical therapy developed through 2 internships and a job as a physical therapy tech. I am passionate about giving people the tools to change their lives and live healthier lifestyles. I have a strong understanding for the pre-natal and post-natal body. I am a mother of 2, both of which I worked and workout until the day I delivered. I felt fantastic through both pregnancies which I attribute to healthy eating, solid core conditioning and strength training, along with consistent cardio sessions. I currently am a personal trainer at the Kinesis Konnection. I am also a wellness coach for corporate wellness accounts, I run challenges, give seminars and guide employees to improve their health not only in the workplace but in their personal lives as well. My current corporations are Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, MIMS, and Barrows Neurological Institute. I have a soft spot in my heart for childhood obesity. One of my life goals is to help parents understand the importance of teaching their children how to live a healthy lifestyle by leading by example.
